recommended by a friend I stayed 2 days at the hotel I do not regret an ideal location a welcome and very agrarian staff

beautiful location, good quality restaurant, very good value for money, hotel ideally positioned for our stay, close to Bellagio, close to ferries and villa carlotta other sites to visit
I will gladly return to this hotel with this very welcoming staff and making an effort for the language

Holiday feeling in cremia

Very great family run hotel.Overlooking the lake.Very friendly staff.Nice spacious rooms with TV and fridge.Clean.Fantastic beds..Great view directly to the lake.With sauna and jacuzzi.For the rainy days.Food is also very delicious.

Fabulous place, great location at the lake

We chose Lumin for a dinner with friends and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The place is cozy and well cared for, the staff professional and attentive without being intrusive. The menu offers original proposals with high quality ingredients. Each dish was a little masterpiece. We will definitely be back!

We will not return either for the food or for the little courtesy

Terrible pizza, poor quality products. Suffice it to say that the seafood pizza had the fish just drained from the jars in oil and put directly on the pizza, I let you imagine the final flavor of the dish!
Staff, especially two women who I believe are the owners and who resemble, without sympathy and empathy towards the customer, hasty and almost annoyed even to the request for an additional bottle of water. This happens at the beginning of the season.. they made us realize that maybe this job are sick of doing it....

Relaxing holiday

Perfect place for a relaxant holiday on the lakeside. The bigger cities as Como or Menaggio is not that far, but here you have the luxury to stay away from the tourist crowd. We had a lake view rooms with direct access to the garden. The room was very clean and the bed is super comfy. The hotel has also a restaurant with delicious food. We had a dinner more times here. Breakfast is on the terrace with lake view. There is a big garage for the hotel guests free of charge. The personal is super kind we had a very nice experience here. The hotel has a direct access to the lake walking track.
