I think it gets better

Spacious rooms, clean but rather dated: the bathroom would need a renovated (shower with underfloor drainage not at all comfortable).
Cleanliness good overall, although on two occasions the towels were removed without replacing them; once solved quickly signaling at reception, the second I let it go by making do with the only towel I had left in the room.
Good, hearty and varied food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast instead of poor quality and little variation: I would recommend adding at least a little fresh fruit and water to the buffet.
Very courteous and helpful waitstaff.
At the reception I found instead a cold Welcoming: polite answers but almost as if it were a hassle to respond. For example, I asked for information about the taxi and I was just dictated the phone number by voice, without offering help and it almost seemed like a bother to have to dictate to me. When checking out, however, I was not even asked how the stay had gone (usually ritual question in holiday resorts).
Great location, convenient for both the beach and for the evening walk between the shops.

Stay of 5 nights

I stayed 5 nights at this property, very old hotel I used the Bed and Breakfast Processing, very poor breakfast at another attached structure always managed by them, every morning I did not have a table and I was put in a table free from the very annoyed waitress, very old room not even the hairdryer in the room, uncomfortable bed and price for the nights in question varied several times, a positive note the proximity to the beach, not competent staff in my opinion, not to return again.

Loyalty to the Admiral

I always return to the Admiral, I feel great as rooms , clean and spacious, the food is great, the location is super, in front of the pine forest and the sea.
Then there is my favorite receptionist, really nice, but all very good.

right quality/price compromise

hotel certainly in a convenient and quiet location with this large and beautiful pine forest that separates the hotel from the beautiful beach. Let's say that, confirming previous reviews, the shower is not the best especially due to the unpleasant curtain that sticks when you wash. Honestly, it's the only flaw in the room which is nevertheless convenient and comfortable. The atrium with large bar and garden is also beautiful. Definitely a good price/quality compromise. The food is also average. If you want to have a quiet and inexpensive holiday it could be an ideal hotel.
