Peaceful apartment

My partner and I stayed in this apartment from the end of June to the beginning of July, and we couldn't have made a better choice.
The location is truly excellent: slightly set back from the center, ensuring tranquility and silence in the evening, yet just a few minutes from the waterfront, restaurants, and all the main services. In the evening, it was very pleasant, with a refreshingly cool climate and a quiet that allowed us to fully enjoy the surrounding nature.
The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything necessary, but for any needs, just ask the owner, who will be able to meet any requirement.
A special thanks indeed goes to him, an extremely cordial, available person who is always attentive to the needs of his guests. His hospitality, advice, and availability indeed made our stay even more enjoyable.
If we were to return to Marina di Campo, we would definitely choose this apartment again.

Holiday with friends

We stayed in August 2025 group of friends of 10 people at villa Sofia, we had a great time perfect in everything.
Excellent cleaning and also the owner helpful and kind.
Quiet place and well organized by the bedrooms bathrooms and the whole outside of the house with 2 outdoor showers available.
Also convenient for the proximity of the center of Marina di campo to the sea and the supermarket.

Top vacation!

I stayed at Villa Sofia with my husband, daughter and granddaughter, from 3 to 10 August 2025.
The house is really functional, well furnished and above all spotless.
The highlight is the terrace, very large, where you can have lunch under a beautiful pergola.
The owner very kind and always available to us.

WONDERFUL

Experience nothing short of wonderful, fantastic place, very helpful thoughtful and kind host, really nice house, attention to every detail, a Villa with all the comforts for a 5-star holiday, really large outdoor garden...
We had a wonderful week, we will definitely be back, thank you very much for everything...

The Place to be

We stayed at Villa Sofia and in the villa Jacopo the last week of August in 4 families, for a total of 8 adults and as many children. Mr. Natale, the Owner, took care of every aspect of our stay and was a rare availability, booking us ferry tickets and suggesting restaurants and beaches. The house is equipped with every comfort. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, covered patio where you can eat outdoors, barbecue, well equipped kitchen, camping beds for children. The rooms, each with its own bathroom, are large enough to fit in 3 + camping bed. garden is kept wonderfully. Super recommended
