4 star agricamping ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Agricamping in excellent location due to the proximity to Etnaland!accommodation consisting of small dignified and clean container houses ... equipped with absolutely indispensable air conditioning.
Breakfast in the morning simple but tasty with freshly baked empty croissants ... biscuits and biscuits ... milk tea and coffee ... delicious everything!
Mrs. Gisella excellent hostess always available and very attentive to all needs ...
Pool wow ... clear and not crowded with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas available.
Lunch in a fast structure with off-menu at our request to make the children happy ... a fragrant pasta with pesto !10 and praise !The children have devoured it !
Structure recommended despite the bad reviews that do not honor the commitment of Gisella and the sacrifices of her and all the staff... certainly the houses need a little 'more maintenance... the floor creaks and was a bit' annoying ... the shower box should fix but they are absolutely acceptable small things from an agricamping ... that thanks to the many positive and super positive aspects such as the stratospheric pool deserves absolutely 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... there is no other so beautiful as yours!

Run away!!!!

Let's not mess with serious things!!!! True, I did not expect a luxury place, in the end I just needed a support to go to Etnaland, but I certainly did not expect to camp my family in a container first of all hygiene and safety standards. But neither are the basics. All dirty, from the shower box wand that was up thanks to a wire hooked to the roof, to the curtains hung with electrician's ties. We were 4 families, we ran out of water while we were washing, when we complained they replied (with arrogance and ignorance) that the problem was the temperature of the air conditioners. But the mistake was ours, as soon as we saw that we had to walk with the phone torch to see where to put our feet in the middle of the brush we had to immediately ask for money back, but for the love of the children who had the park in front we tried to adapt using our beach towels as sheets. Also if you have pets, know that they are not allowed, except for their large dog who walks around undisturbed with lots of scratching every now and then under the table, even while you have breakfast! It's a real shame, the structure promises well but the management should be looked at. To the owners I would say, no matter how much we pay at least the cleaning has to be done, people sleep in those non-animal rooms. Ah I forgot if in the evening you want to chat a little 'in the company know that the caretaker / owner kicks you out because after 6 pm you can no longer be by the pool, he says, because we are not insured! I mean, run!

I advise not to go

Bad experience .. we stayed there as a family .. advice not to go .. cleaning ZERO .. does not exist .. in 5 days never cleaned toilet .. we took with kitchen and everything was missing from the cutlery to the dishes etc .. found everything dirty .. the light outside that there is no avenues all in the dark .. zero security .. no one controls .. no one cleans .. umbrellas all broken .. pool always dirty .. and to finish lifeguards rude and always nervous .. carcasses of abandoned cars .. experience never to make money wasted again ..

Terrible.

Horrible experience. At the entrance of the structure dozens of disused mattresses thrown in the middle of the earth, scrap of cars reduced to masses of sheet metal parked in the squares, not to mention the houses, to say dirty is really like paying a compliment. Cleanliness nonexistent. Insects present on mattresses and inside pillows, floors and nightmare bathrooms, kitchen at risk of serious infection. Never mind the refrigerator with the black interior.
Despite after the first evening we pointed out the need to clean the afternoon following everything was the same. The second night we left losing even the money that they would not return. I had to look for another facility at 9 pm. Place them in the dark.
Breakfast we forget if such you can describe.
I advise you to stay away from it and I hope that the health checks by the competent authorities will be carried out.

Poor.

Disappointing room, with bad smell poor linen organization zero
Scarce of towels, nothing for hygiene only hand soap unwelcoming breakfast room not to say zero abandoned structure sin with a little care would be a fantastic place
