We had such a wonderful stay in Arezzo. The property was in a great location, just a few steps away from everything. Gianfranco was a great host, he’s easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made sure we’re comfortable. His property was clean, spacious and safe. Breakfast was good :) We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Basic

We stayed one night as our first stop. Very central location, easy to reach by the escalators from the parking lot outside the walls. Kind manager. Quiet place. If there is noise, it is caused by the customers. We were lucky. Quadruple room with a basic bunk bed. The double bed mattress was not very comfortable. Basic cleanliness. Very basic breakfast, there were no fresh croissants, only packaged ones... too bad. Everything very limited and contained, cooked ham, processed cheese slices, juices, tap water, apart from fresh fruit and packaged products. The strong point is the location, otherwise basic.

Negative experience

For us negative experience. I state that we had booked directly from the manager a stay of 2 nights but we had to make a change in the dates for personal problems and the change of dates came a markup because the double room was not available. The manager proposed a triple saying it would be much wider than the double and we accepted. During the stay we then found that on the booking.com website the cost would be lower. The triple room assigned to us was very small, two bedside tables but only one lamp , 2 single beds joined as doubles with mattresses uncomfortable and smaller than the banks of the bed so if you sit you beat on the banks, bathroom without window. Breakfast with packaged products apart from croissants. Kettle and coffee maker in the breakfast room but no products sign posted in the room at times other than breakfast (Machines disconnected from power and no coffee pod available during the day). Room with cracks in the walls and little cared for fixtures. In short.. for a total cost of Euro 250.00 for two nights we expected more....
