Gorgeous seafront apartment in Alghero

Lovely apartment and perfect for our family of 4. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with a sea view and it was gorgeous. It was bigger than we expected and looked nicer than the photos online. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were clean and comfy and the showers were warm and powerful - much needed after a day at the beach! There was private, secure off-street parking which was handy and we were only a short walk from the old town, and minutes from the restaurants and bars along the beach. We also appreciated the responsive and helpful communication from Maria before our stay. Overall I would highly recommend.

Despite a few small things, it is a perfect apartment

We stayed here with 4 friends for 4 nights.
The apartment has an excellent location, about 5 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and about 15 minutes easy walk to the old town.
The sandy beach and beach bars/restaurants are basically across the road.
Maria Pia beach is about 15-20 minutes walk.
I would like to thank Maria Laura very much for her hospitality and willingness.
Our 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor had a direct view of the sea and a large balcony.
The apartment is very clean, equipped with 2 air conditioning units with heating (in the master bedroom and the living room with kitchenette). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a hairdryer.
There are enough dishes in the kitchenette. The stove works on gas and the oven on electricity. There is a coffee machine for Nescafe Dolce Gusto tablets and two Bialetti coffee machines for moka coffee. There is also an electric kettle. Of course there is a refrigerator.
The double bed and especially the two single beds in the smaller bedroom have too soft mattresses. The beds in the small bedroom are short and narrow for people over 190cm. The small bedroom lacks an air conditioning unit.
One of the sofas is very uncomfortable. Someone might miss a microwave in the kitchenette.

Great

We booked directly on the site. Upon arrival, Mrs. Maria Laura was very kind in showing us the apartment's services and providing us with tourist information. We booked a penthouse on the third floor from which we could enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and view of the old city. Private parking but convenient to all public services that reach all the nearby beaches, therefore the car would not be essential. Cycle and pedestrian paths that lead to the center in a few minutes and served nearby by several supermarkets. The apartment is new, very clean and equipped with all comforts. Mats and umbrella are also at our disposal.
To be recommended.

A paradise near the center of Alghero in front of the beaches of Alghero

Excellent location fully furnished accommodation with everything exceptional cleanliness close to grocery stores and the historic center and in front of the equipped or free beaches, in short, all the comforts at hand.

Perfect Location

We stayed at Appartamenti Sole in Alghero for 5 nights in September and loved it. We had a wonderful balcony overlooking the Lido and spent many hours sitting there watching the world go by. The owner, Maria Laura, was incredibly helpful and patient. She made restaurant recommendations, and answered all of our questions. Old Town Alghero was a short, pleasant walk away with many restaurants and shops. There were also good restaurants just a few doors down the street if you didn’t want to walk into Old Town. Highly recommend.
