Honeymoon gâchée !!!
Very disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
We are currently staying at Beresheet, room 123, and unfortunately we are extremely disappointed with our experience so far.
I contacted the hotel in advance to explain that this was a special stay with my fiancée and asked whether they could arrange a surprise or something special for her. I was told that this could be arranged at an additional cost, which I was absolutely willing to pay, but nobody ever got back to me, and when we arrived, nothing had been prepared.
The first room we were given had a direct view of the reception area. Amazing view for a honeymoon… exactly what we were hoping for. We asked to change rooms and we are now in room 123, but unfortunately the situation is not much better.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the lady at reception. She was not pleasant at all and showed very little understanding of our concerns. We did not feel listened to or welcomed in the way we would expect from a hotel of this level.
At this point, we do not want to spend our stay constantly complaining to reception. We will see how the rest of our stay goes and sincerely hope our impression improves.
For now, however, we are extremely disappointed. We recently stayed at the Six Senses, and at this stage the level of service and overall experience there was clearly far superior to what we have experienced so far at Beresheet.

Amazing and helpful staff. Pool and gym are state of the art.
All foods being kosher are a big plus, breakfast buffet is amazing and fresh as well as the drinks pool side.

Personal and french service
I stayed at the hotel yesterday and today 12/8 to 13/8 2026. I had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived to the departure. It is important to note the personal attitude in the dining room that is rare! But above all this I want to mention the service relationship manager Shirley who gave us a VIP service that is nowhere with all the heart and soul.
