For the hotel's impressive facilities, the service is also very good so we would recommend this hotel to guests.

Dear Nursyah Please raise your responsibilities, I am the only one who pursues sales.
Reduce his arrogance, in responding guests. Not all guests understand hotel policies.
And before I call my new reservation WhatsApp number in response.
From this point, it's only here that I don't get the phrase "sorry" for the inconvenience.

Relax

Good nice hotel, excellent breakfast, sometimes a bit busy at breakfast. good beds, nice and cool room. With Grab you are so everywhere in Kupang and surroundings. Staff are friendly and helpful just like anywhere else in Indonesia. The hotel can sometimes be very busy due to the events.

Good Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast menu offered a delightful variety of options that catered to different tastes, making each morning enjoyable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, I found my room somewhat lacking in view, as the window faced a roof, limiting the scenery outside. Overall, it was a good experience with a minor drawback regarding the room's outlook.
