Very cute room on the second floor in the heart of Seminyak

I can't believe the bad reviews because me and my husband had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Not because the place was that beautiful.. but because the people were so so so kind. They helped us with everything. The bathroom could be much more clean.
I recommend staying in the appartement on the left side which has a livingroom on the ground floor in common. Its very cute decorated.

Bad bad bad

Terribly dirty hotel with bugs and ants all over. Smelling like crap. Animals roaming all around. Cats in the room. No plug points in the room. None. No working wifi.
Pool empty. Very very bad. We cancelled our reservation
We had to leave the villa within 1 hour of checkin in

Uncaring Staff. Outdate and broken everything. No cleaning of the rooms.

One you walk past the pool with 2 broken sunbeds, you get to the building with the sleeping room. No towels, toilet tissue, or soap in the room. Was told you must request these items. Stayed two nights, staff more intent with smoking and using their handphones than with turning on the footpath and security lights. No servicing of the room or the kitchen area was done during my stay. Bugs, cats, and dogs roaming everywhere and a lot of large groups of locals staying there in different nooks and crannies of the property.

Even for the price I would not stay here again.

Started off well with the hotel organising a transfer from the airport for us. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a gentleman who was rather blunt. The stairs up to the room were very steep and narrow, it was difficult to carry our large cases up the stairs.
The room was very small and extremely basic - not a superior double room as we thought from the photographs. The door did not stay shut unless locked. The curtains did no good in keeping light out. There was no bin in the room or bathroom. The floor was extremely slippery when wet. The room was not cleaned once. The room was extremely dusty and there were marks all over the walls and bedding. Our toilet was broken and we had to ask 3 times for it to be looked at, each time being told it was fixed when clearly it was not.
Good points - air con worked amazingly, short walk to the beach, close to the strawberry field (great restaurant), water dispenser downstairs (but the water was warm).
I would not recommend staying here or stay here again myself! The price reflects the quality of what you're getting....there are many other nicer hotels in the area!
