Rethink your revisit - it’s unfortunately not the same .

Unfortunately our second trip to this hotel was a horrible experience. This was mainly due to the insensitive build and noise of the cafe Lago.The day time jackhammers merged into hand hammers at sunset alongside weirdly enthusiastic noise and all night bright lights from the cafe. Such a shame that such a peaceful spot has been destroyed by an international hotel chain, obviously against local regulations. I hope the cafe try’s its best to restore some semblance of character to the place it’s making so much money out of destroying.

Lovely place with incredible view and very friendly staff

A very Nice place, just next to a Lovely beach. The view was AMAZING, the staff, especially Nick was very kind, helpful and friendly. He recommanded us to his friend to do a private trip to snorkeling. Very very Nice and spécial moment. We saw dolphins, turtle, corals and many fishes.
The room was beautiful, clean and Lovely.
The pool was very pleasant !

Best location to view Playgrounds Surf and quiet paradise cove to swim in.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights at this wonderful location on Cocunut Beach. We were blown away by our beach hut with stunning views of the famous playgrounds surf and volcano.
Our children visit this area several times a year, so they are familiar with lots of the local staff on the beach. Trips to see the Mantas, fishing, and snorkelling are easy to book and very reasonable.
Nila's beach cafe is simply wonderful and will open later if you request an evening meal.
The staff are very quiet at Song Lambung Beach Huts but are very efficient. Our room was cleaned daily.
We also thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each morning. Thank you for such delicious coffee each morning.
We will definitely return.
Please note that there is building work next floor which should soon be completed and there are lots of steps to our room but neither of these effected our stay.

Disappointed

This place has a lot of potential but they have really ‘cheaped’ out. Such a shame because the location is 10/10. The rooms and restaurant didn’t feel clean. We had breakfast one morning and never went back, decided to get it elsewhere. The room is not sealed so lots of mosquitoes and there was lots of water in the room from a big downpour. The pillows were extremely lumpy, only 2 tops sheets provided (they have no blankets- I was extremely cold as my partner runs hot and needs aircon on) said sheets had holes in them and there was stains on my pillow case. Pool towels were old and had stains on them. Staff didn’t seem overly friendly like what we are used to in Bali, the manager Nick was rude and barely spoke to us. We were made to feel very unwelcome. A real let down because this place has a lot of potential.
