Very Disappointed

I've stayed here before in 2019 before the pandemic. It's a budget hotel, back then I felt it was clean, favorably located, good traditional breakfast and secure. I came back this time after booking months earlier. I had been traveling all day, the room I was given though spacious and clean is very dated, torn lampshades, shabby curtains, ugly red velvet couches, a broken refrigerator. I was horrified to see the disgusting bath tub and dirty shower curtain. The whole vibe is seedy to say the least. I immediately complained and the front desk said that the room they actually allocated to me had an electrical issue so this was the only room available, they will shift me tomorrow. I had them disinfect the tub. It's late at night, I'm too exhausted to go looking for another hotel. It's totally unacceptable that they even considered giving me such a room, I feel very let down.

worst hospitality service

As a part of my official trip, I stayed in this hotel on 17th Aug. Room #310 allocated for me, the room's cleanliness was in pathetic condition. Towels, bedsheets etc are not clean. The colour of the towel was yellowish. And moreover I found napkins and other items in the waste bin available in the bathroom. I have never experienced such poor hospitality. Suggest to avoid booking this Hotel

Mesmerizing Land

Very good place with pleasant and peacefull environment. The hotel is well maintained with neat and clean rooms. All the safety arrangements was done properly. All the staffs were very cooperative and active, they are give good and quick services. The Special mention is the food quality is awesome.I really recommend to everyone if you want to have a great ttime.

Warm hospitality

Lovely hotel right by the town. Room large and spotlessly clean.also the quality of the food in the restaurant was amazing and portions enormous. the room, the food service, the cleanliness, the staff, etc.. everything felt very reassuring and safe. Front Office Staff, especially mr arjun, he is very professional and Excellent Hospitality.
