Honest review about everything
Room’s amenities had no problems but dont know somehow you can her some noise from outside of the window. That was fine it’s just small improvement.
The main catch i find and it’s an very honest review and it’s not about the price but food is little expensive however it does worth it in-terms of quality, hygiene.
But, no matter how many times i raise the issue about still certain things it never changes. And i am staying here for the first time here, i stay here only in surat.
I had ordered 413rs ginger tea but it never taste like ginger tea. And this is not the first time i had raised this. When you ordered 2 ginger tea cost 413rs it supposed to have ginger, it supposed to taste like ginger tea.
I dont know restaurant works independently or with hotel but this what i felt.
I never face that with any other food items though but yeah 413rs Ginger tea should taste like ginger tea.
Rest everything was great no complaints, experience was great.
