The Aurum Luxury Collection - Some places give you a room to stay. Rare places give you memories that stay forever.
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Being a brand-new property, everything is beautifully maintained, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly makes this place extraordinary isn’t just the property—it’s the people behind it.
The location is simply magical. Imagine waking up to the majestic Himalayas on one side, lush green valleys stretching endlessly, and the serene Dal Lake shimmering in the distance. Every glance from the balcony felt like a living postcard. And then came the sunsets… oh, the sunsets! As the sun slowly slipped behind the mountains, painting the sky in shades of gold, orange, and pink, time seemed to stand still. We found ourselves silently watching nature perform its masterpiece, forgetting everything else around us.
The food deserves every bit of appreciation. It wasn’t just delicious—it was comforting. Every meal reminded us of home, prepared with warmth and care. The fluffy poha, flavourful chole puri, perfectly spiced masala omelette, and beautifully toasted bread made every breakfast something to look forward to. What touched us even more was the team’s willingness to happily customize every dish to our taste, ensuring we enjoyed every single bite.

He, along with the wonderful team, thoughtfully arranged our dinner table overlooking the enchanting valley and our breakfast table facing the majestic mountains, allowing us to experience the beauty of Kashmir with every meal. Their attention to detail, humility, kindness, and respect made us feel less like guests and more like family.
Travelling with my elderly parents made this trip especially meaningful, and the love, patience, and care shown by the entire team gave us immense comfort. They didn’t just ensure we had a pleasant stay—they helped create memories that my parents and I will treasure for a lifetime.
