GOOD PROPERTY RUINED BY POOR GENTRY, STAFF AND LACK OF MANAGEMENT !!!!!
2. Owner made a good property capable of 3 star standards. However, poor staff and cleanliness standards have ruined the property.
3. Wont recommend.
4. Total 12 rooms, 106 n 206 are larger rooms which wasnt given to me as they said it was occupied.
5. Rooms were not cleaned when we entered. Had to get the room cleaned personally incl d washroom esp the WC was dirty. Dirty tiles.
6. The room floor was sticky sticky. Walls had finger and spit marks all over the property. On info the manager, he expressed his inability to maintain it as constr on 3rd floor was going on. Sounded illogical.
7. Spit marks in the rooms !!!!!!!
8. Room service prices are exhorbitant !!!! 180 rs for dal fry !!!!! 350 rs for half butter chicken !!!!! 120 rs for plain white rice....
9. Staff unwilling to give toiletries, slippers and towels !!!! Had to call them 3 times.
10. Unwillingness to provide water bottles. 2nd bottle was given with great reluctance.
11. Staff sleeps in d common lobby area for entering the rooms !!!! Dat was a 1st....
12. Absolutely pissed off with such unprofessional standards.
13. No restaurant available. Dont know why they are advertising the same.
14. Working staff all from nepal, who honestly have no idea how to maintain n clean a hotel.
13. Cannot get breakfast before 0845 as the cook comes at 0830. However we were provided bread and butter somehow and we thank them for the same.
14. Sadly all hotels in Rohtak have somilar standards and you don't have any options.
15. Visit only if its absolutely essential else avoid night stays in rohtak hotels.
16. Hotel Maharaja is a brand new property that has opened in Rohtak on Diwali 2017. You may try your luck there. Rest u can avoid.
17. Uploading 02 pics of the bathroom that i took for your decision making process. Hot water in the bathroom is controlled by the reception !!!!! Another 1st for me.
