Good hotel. Value for money.

This hotel serves just the purpose for which one visits Rameswaram: Pilgrimage. It has decent clean rooms (albeit slightly smaller than I had expected) with attached bath, storage space, charging points, good complimentary wifi speed, etc. Staff were also helpful and courteous. Special mention for Mr Kalicharan, who helped me connect with a travel agent too, as I had a long road trip following my visit to Rameswaram.
Hotel was newly opened, only about 6 months before we visited it in the 2nd week of August’25. Conveniently located just about 5-7 minutes walk to the East gate of Ramnathaswamy temple and about 3-4 minutes from the famous “Agni Theertham” beach. Only problem is: the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant and you may not be able to find decent options nearby. One has to walk towards the temple for a meal. Personal suggestion is Sardarji’s dhaba on the way to temple (to your right) from this hotel, which serves some really nice North Indian food, if one ever wants to take a break from the omnipresent South Indian cuisines. One can find quite a fee eateries near South/West gate of the temple though.
There is another newly opened (3 months by Aug’25) hotel named Sriashvik, almost next door to Sri Kanthan Residency, was also quite decent. On checking the price, I found it a tad expensive at Rs 6k per night!
Hence, to summarise, this hotel was a real value for money accommodation, which was clean, conveniently close to the temple, had courteous staffs; with few drawbacks like, no in-hotel dining facilities, slightly smaller rooms, and lesser access to eateries. Hence, an overall 4*.

Great stay

A very decent wonderful accommodation at Rameshwaram. Stayed for three days. Very spacious room. Good hospitality, nice Very near to the temple. Very courteous management staff always ready to assist. Special mention and thanks to the manager for retrieving my wallet which I had missed in the Taxi the lodge had provided. Highly recommend this hotel .

Excellent Stay

The most customer friendly staff ever met. very spacious n clean rooms. Overall a very nice place to stay at Rameswaram

Pleasant Stay

Had a really great stay here. Staff is really cooperative as we asked to stay even after checkout time.
Rooms are clean and AC is only recommended.
Location is really good, 5 mins of walk to Rameshwar temple and 2 mins to beach.
Rates are Affordable and breakfast was also good.
