I had a good experience

I stayed one night here. The people were very respectful and nice. The food was hygienic and very delicious. The room is spacious, has ac. The bathroom is simple but spacious and with warm water. I was happy with my stay. Thank you for everything!

Passable

It is a very spartan Home Stay. Contextualizing and considering that it is a home stay / hotel not high profile, you can say that the room is comfortable and quite clean. The bathroom falls within the parameters of minimal bathrooms indi very simple, with floor shower without separation from the rest of the sanitary (unfortunately). The location is a bit far from the center but with a tuk tuk you can reach it in 5 minutes. Breakfast more than enough. Lots of kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Everything we needed including peace

If you enjoy walking, this is the perfect spot. We only used a Tuk Tuk once in 2 days.
Pros:
Clean, good hot water, excellent air conditioning & fan. Bed was fine. Kettle, tea, coffee & bottled water waiting in the room.
QUIET - which allowed a good night sleep
Breakfast was very good unlimited fruit, omelettes, toast with jam & butter. Coffee. Tea. When we finished something we were asked if we'd like more,and were offered basically anything we wanted.
Host arranged for a well priced car/driver to our next destination. Refreshing to be offered a fair price immediately without having to negotiate.
They called a Tuk Tuk for us to go into town (100) and I saw another guest being given a ride on a motorcycle. Coming back is easy. Everyone knows exactly where this is.
The walk to town was lovely seeing ALL the temples in panorama, passing the Tree of Life, and other photographic places before reaching the Cenotaphs.
Cons:
There are no close shops. So if you need anything after you are in for the night, front desk is an option to help.
Front desk is 24 hours. But very limited English sometimes. They will call someone if translation is necessary. It's workable.
Cash only, even when reserving with a credit card through booking.com . Which is fine, as long as you know in advance.
Second day coffee & tea packets were not replaced. But at breakfast we received a carafe so there was plenty.
Would recommend.

A pleasant experience

It is a decent and clean place. Staff is good. Food is hygienic.
Washrooms are clean and have hot water as well.
They also have an option of roof top dinning which we utilized for our breakfast.
Overall a good experience
