Excellent service, clean and neat British style B&B

The hotel is situated in a serene place with Valley view. The rooms were themed in a colonial British style, which is awesome. They were clean and neatly maintained. The room had ample space for a family of 4 to stay. The hotel team there was extremely helpful and we experienced excellent hospitality. This hotel is for people who wants a serene and calm stay. People with small kids may prefer others as there is no play area, swimming pool or other such amenities, as this is not a resort. However I would suggest they can have a small room for some indoor games like Chess, Carrom, TT etc. Hotel has ample parking for the guests. The breakfast spread was decent. They also have a small collection of books for book lovers.

A pretty chique Hotel

This is a beautiful property Aesthetically designed rooms and view is amazing. The property manager - Mr. Liaju is a wonderful host, very cooperative. They serve a minimal but delicious breakfast.
The only drawback is they do not have a functional kitchen for snacks or lunch/dinner. Though, we ordered through swiggy/ zomato easily.

Limited amenities, good experience

Clouds Nest, located just 3km from the town center, offers excellent connectivity. While they lack an operational kitchen for lunch and dinner, guests can easily order from Zomato or Swiggy. Our experience was generally positive. The property is small with limited rooms, but the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist guided us to our room. The room itself was spacious with a TV connected to the internet, and there were a few books available. The breakfast was good with omelets, cereals, juice, dosas, and idlis. Deluxe rooms offer a better view, but the absence of a lift was a drawback, requiring us to navigate stairs frequently. Despite this, overall, it was a good experience.
