I'm surprised by other reviews

I was booked out to this hotel but actually found it perfectly good. Reception & porter on arrival were excellent, service was as good as you'd expect anywhere, the rooms were perfectly clean, very well maintained, everything worked and plenty of hot water.
I stayed twice in seven days (out & return). The second time I arrived without a booking and was met with a polite, efficient welcome at 4am
I stayed both times on the 3rd floor so cannot comment on other floors.
Their taxi service to the airport was efficient and the charge in line with what I expected.
It's in the area that was the airport's main hotel area before the exorbitant Aero City development, with its huge, characterless hotels. Given the choice where an IBIS hotel (yes, IBIS!!) in Aero City was charging €400 a night compared to €20 for a perfectly good room it's actually exceptional value.
I will happily stay again whenever I have a layover. It's 10-15 mins from T3

Appalling

This hotel is now called Pacific Suites. They presumably needed to change the name after all the dreadful reviews. But unfortunately the place hasn't changed and I had the worst hotel experience ever there. See my review under Pacific Suites.

Fake!!!!

Never ever go there!!!! Terrible Hotel and unfriendly staff!! the whole room was dirty and broken. See at my pictures.

HOTEL CON! The photos on your website are fake and the opinions are yours.

We did not book the hotel by that name, it was a deception as it is advertised as Pacific Suites Hotel and so it appears in the booking confirmation. Upon arrival, we found the area a horror and it is not true that they are in Aerocity as they say if not across the highway. It is an inhospitable and unsanitary place and you are charged double the confirmed price without returning it!! The team, especially the one responsible for everything at reception, is disgusting, threatening and disrespectful, knowingly. We had a hard time there, but arriving at night very late, and traveling alone, there was no choice. We were not looking for luxury, just a clean space to rest and it was all broken, very dirty messy and there were insects on the bed, nothing to do with the photos of their website. Q the reviews that we are guided by, they do without consent of the clients.

Feel cheated by this hotel

We booked this hotel through booking.com. This is a terrible hotel. The bedlinens and blanket are old , dirty and smelly. The room ls dark as some lights are not working.
The door latch does not work and the door frame ( lock section) was broken before and repair badly which doesn't look secure and safe.
The toilet dirty and the towel and toilet paper looks old which we dare not use. We actually decide to sleep with our outside pants and jacket on instead of directly on the bed .
Actually, the booking website show a very nice room under The Atlantis suites but we end up in Hotel Glory. I asked the receptionist and she mentioned that Atlantis suites is fully booked and no room available . She said Hotel Glory is also under the same group.
We noticed they had charged us extra for Gst 18%, city tax 15% and card charge 10%.
We asked for an invoice with the detailed breakdown but invoice but showed only the total amount charge and the letter head is under Hotel Pacific Suites.
The receptionist is very rude, loud, continued talking not answering to our questions regarding tax charges. We gave up as she doesn’t listen and said she has no time for this and avoided our questions
We had booked this hotel for another night but decided to canceled it and decided walk around to look for a better hotel instead of booking thru website.
