Best hospitality, ambience, comfortable stay

Most comfortable stay, nice and tasty food, all veg meals, awesome ambience, best hospitality, round the clock availability of staff and their services. Most recommended. Must visit with group for music, fun activities and much more. 5 stars

Worst resort I have ever visit

My stay at this resort was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I have ever had. From the moment of check-in, the staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist guests properly. Basic requests took an unreasonable amount of time, and customer service was practically nonexistent.
The food was equally disappointing. The buffet had very limited variety, many dishes were cold, and the quality was far below what one would expect from a resort. Several items lacked freshness, taste, and proper hygiene standards. Considering the prices being charged, the food was simply not worth it.
The overall management appeared disorganized, and guest comfort did not seem to be a priority. Facilities were poorly maintained, and the experience failed to deliver even the basic standards of hospitality.
I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. There are far better options available that provide better service, better food, and much better value for money.

Excellent experience.

The resort is very good with good food. The activities are also very good. The tents is good but at the time of afternoon, it's very hot and not comfortable for resting purpose. I think, it may be improved for installing a water cooler or ac. Further, the tarriff of stay are very economical.

Hello, thank you very much for the precious feedback. As far as the issue of temperature is concerned, it happens for 4-5 hours during the day time during the month of May and June. We do not prefer installing an A/C inside the tents but will surely try to insulate them and let the feel of raw nature be experienced along with comfort. Apart from this, we have installed wooden cottages which are insulated and this issue is not there in these units. We hope to deliver a much better experience during your next visit here ...

Food, services, the humbleness of the owner as well as the staff , everything was worth it.

The room was very airy. Me and my colleague stayed at bamboo cottage. The view from the balcony was incomparable. The services and food was really appreciable. Cleanliness was on point. It was full of greenary and multiple beautiful flowers. The aroma was very satisfying. The activities were real fun.

Pangot trip

Everything was perfect , Homely , nice environment , great meals . Cooperative staff . Weather was also perfect . Rates looked quite reasonable . Would prefer to make another trip in near future . Strongly recommend this place for outing in natural environment
