Wonderful stay at Kanara

I visited bhimtal with my family and I booked kanara hotel the hotel is good neat and clean and the staff is very polite and humble and I want to thanks SHASHANK for helping me out in personal way he became a family member he is very humble and helpful my family loved his assistance thanks a lot Shashank hope to see u again soon and wish u best of luck

Very poor service and disappointing stay.

Very poor service and disappointing stay.
This hotel has extremely bad service. There is no proper service at all, and no one is willing to listen to guests’ complaints.
The TV was not working, the Wi-Fi was also not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
Despite extreme cold weather, they charged extra for a heater, and even after paying, the heater did not work properly. They also did not provide extra blankets, even though all these facilities were promised at the time of booking.
The beds provided were in very bad condition, and even after complaining, they were not changed.
According to me, staying here makes no sense. It is a complete waste of money, and instead of comfort, you will only face unnecessary trouble.

Best visit at kanara hotel

As we visited kanara hotel bhimtal we met a guy called Shashank sah in reception he is a gem guy with lots of knowledge he not only helped us but he is also so humble and helped us in every situation he provided us early check in because we were tired his team members are awesome Govind help us a lot ...special thanks to Shashank for making our stay comfortable see u soon

Marvalous stay with Shashank at kanara

The stay is awesome just because of one person that is Shashank he is very very good humble and helpful in nature he is the person who knows how to treat people's he became my family member in just few seconds my family loves his assistance overall stay is awesome but the food is terrible the kitchen has to improve the food they serve is very bad quality but Shashank provided food in mid night became fan of Shashank thanks man hope to see u soon

Average putup place for a night max

The standard room that they provided was booked from Make my Trip app at 1200/- including tax. The property is old and shabby. The rooms are too small and the bed is smaller than expected with hard mattress. No room service available and you get sewage stink if you open the windows. The reception guy Mr.Shasank was co operative and tried his best.
