Not safe for your family or loved once

Being situated at a pleasant place near tolani college beside lane these hotel stay inn is there..
What ever shown in amineties were fake no wifi no proper tv and no proper welcome gift..no proper service by the staff..charging extra money coming with an arguement and no proper billing they know about what have been booked in the rate..and also asking extra money without having any intercom or buzzer buttons..no water supply and no facilities given..by my side very worst place because the staff is also behave like goons..no proper place to visit with your loved once..

Budget apartment.....

Experience - Its Ok, budget apartment. Not to expect much.
Location - Area is nice, near to International Airport, provide free transport to Airport.
Amenities - No WiFi; No proper Shower.
Surrounding Area is good
No Lift; No Intercom facility in Rooms on ground floor!!!!

Diabolical

stayed here February 2016. Been travelling to India for past 10 years and this was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I had order a pickup from Domestic Airport and this was not arranged. When I phoned the hotel, their English was very poor and they were unable to grasp the fact that I was waiting for a pickup so I had to make my own way to the hotel. The communal areas were dirty and there was a very bad smell. The room was nothing like the pictures shown on booking.com. There was no phone in the room and I was told if I needed to contact reception, then I should use my mobile to contact them. The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep, there was only a bottom sheet on the bed, plus a dirty looking wool blanket. The staff were over familiar and the room boy asked for "one kiss"' at which point I told him to get out. There were mosquitoes in the room. No toilet roll and no hot water. The hotel advertised a free transfer to the airport and I requested this for 7 am the following morning. When I went to check out, I had to wake the staff as they were all sleeping. My free transfer was a tuk tuk without doors which dropped me at the entrance to the underground car park. As a single traveller I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Very low standards. Could not recommend.

Very Old Construction, No maintenance of rooms

Situated in a residential area of Sher e Punjab, Andheri (East), Mumbai-93 very poor rooms with always problem bathrooms. Stay here on May 10, 2016 to May 11, 2016.
I suggest not reside in the hotel again in any situation.

Good for Paying Guest

This is actually not a Hotel. It is a small guest house with 3 floors having 6 rooms in each floor. Every room contains a Double Bed, TV, AC, Couch, attached Bathroom and a dining table in family room.
Hospitality is bad. There is no intercom. Every room is given a buzzer but no one listens it. For anything you want you have to call the desk number (022 28300293) from your phone and ask for things.
They put a very flashy menu card in every room but they do not cook there. After you order they take 45 mins to serve. They actually buy from a local vendor and then add their charges and then serve you. And food is also not upto the pricing. My suggestion do not order for any food. In my case they kept me waiting for 1.5 hours after the order, yet it did not came.
Third floor especially room 306 is very good for a couple to stay. Lots of natural light and provision to dry your clothes. Room cleaning is also not done and you have call them many times to get your room cleaned and towels replaced.
I stayed here for a week and the stay was OK.
