Not worth even a free stay
Gave a room with pedestal fan full of rust and dust with ultra noisy AC .Table top TV as big as lap top.
Writing table without a chair.
Struggled for hot water.Tea coffe sachet just dumped and no spoon to stir team in the room , hotel expect you to use your finger.
Lousy staff slipper seems to be dress code.Barely anything on buffet breakfast,hotel staff runs to nearby provisions shop to fetch bread packet .
Rooms are full of seepage and you need to keep hammering remote as battery are dying .
In the night you will have encounter with mosquito as all out liquid would have got over...
You can gauze standard that you will chimtaa of almost 12 inches instead of tongue to pick up idlies ,poori and wada.
Overall for hygiene and cleanliness this is not worth even a free stay.
There is zero supervision and hotel is running in auto pilot mode .

Had a Blast with our family party!
We had organized a get-together of family and cousins at M-West (Sampoorna dining) and had a perfect setting of 40 people. They gave us the basement area. Since it was basement, the whole place was for ourselves. with music and no noise going out, so it dint disturb other diners as well. Get your own pen drive and play the music, simple!
The ambiance was good, so it was less of a banquet and more of casual dining area which is good in a way..
Food was as usual, excellent and had enough staff to cater. Everything was prepared in Jain as requested!

Facility in need of upgrades
Service, front desk and restaurant staff were helpful, but many aspects of the hotel need upgrades. For example, bath towels were clean but old and left an odor on the skin... ,
Toilet paper replenished only upon request. Thick layer of dust in many of the clothes drawers, furniture had grimy stains on the upholstery, worst in the restaurant!
Breakfast was good however, and plentiful.
This is a well located hotel and could be much more attractive if the owners invested in it a bit more...
