Not recommended
When we returned to the hotel at night, we saw a cockroach on the wall and we decided there and then to leave and not stay a minute longer.
There were no apologies from staff and no mention of compensation.
The location of the hotel is also very difficult to reach and the whole area also has bad vibes. Would definitely not recommend.

The worst hotel I've ever been to.
Used this hotel as a quick fix. Were asked to pay straight off ( a much higher price than advertised online for a box for 3 people) which we did. As we went up to the room, we had to call for service because the bathroom had in no way been cleaned and even the WC hadn't been flushed.
We went out to visit Mumbai, and on our return, when we switched on the light in the room, we saw a cockroach run under the bed. At that point, we decided it was impossible to stay there overnight. Reception had no reaction to our complaints, as if it were normal, refused to give us a refund, and wouldn't call us a taxi. As we stood outside waiting for transport, a huge rat stopped in front of the entrance before moving on.
We lost our money, but there is no way I could have slept in the insect-infested tiny room. Learn the lesson and don't go there. There are so many better places which for the same price or even cheaper.

Good budget hotel
Though the stay was comfortable enough and the location is ideal for its proximity to the US consulate at BKC, its surrounding area is cluttered with wholesale shops due to which the road on which its located is very busy. The property is right off this busy road, though, fortunately, we could park our car in its front.
Room was clean and just fine in the budget category, and we didn't avail much room service except for tea a couple times. Definitely value for money.
Staff was helpful enough in the short duration we were actually in the room. There was some disturbance late evening from the loud talk of staff near the reception as our room was the first one near it. I had to call the reception about it as we were planning sleep early.
