Economy With Excellent Service

Excellent hotel.
Good location of the hotel.
Hot water available in the morning.
Good clean room.
Room was AC but also well ventillated if windows are open...
Good outside view.
Room service available.
Food is Soo good.
Hotel has own Restaurant inside, Near Lobby.
Complimentary Buffet Breakfast.
Good wifi,speed is Good and its free wifi...
And Friendly Staffs and Prompt service.
They arranged my rameshwaram day trip by car,driver was also very good,Nice Person.. .
Even arranged My madurai airport drop by car.
The Meenakshi amman temple was also just 10 minutes away by auto ric.
Overall pleasant experience at the hotel.....

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service at Sartha Rajans, Madura

Our stay at Sartha Rajans in Madurai was truly exceptional. The property was fantastic and maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madurai.

Nice Stay

The Hotel Saratha Rajans is located a bit far from Madurai City Center and Meenakshi Amman Temple.
Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Bathrooms are also clean. Behavior of staffs are also welcoming. Ambiance of in-house restaurant is very nice. Food quality are also good and affordable.
Will definitely recommend anyone for a nice stay.

family visit

We got a room on the 2nd floor- every time you have to cross the bar on the 1st floor. the hotel has a small parking which is shared by visitors to the bar and the restaurant. We parked on the road and went down every 30 minutes to check for a vacant spot before we got one - the staff never bothered to inform. 10 years back, this was my favorite place to stay, but now sad to say that the hotel is in desperate need for renovation. the rooms and bed linen had a stench that most old properties have. the toilet flush is modeled on the railways and requires considerable force which most elderly, women and children would be incapable of. having said that the stars are only for the location. If you book directly with them- YOU GET A 24 HOURS CHECKOUT, which is not possible if you book via online agents. The restaurant is good and the staff are a saving grace.

A good hotel

A good budget hotel to stay. Breakfast provided is also good. Free Wi-Fi and car parking are available. There are good restaurants nearby. The staves and the front desk persons are friendly and helpful. Situated between Anna bus stand and government hospital
