Not a guest hospitality-oriented hotel you should choose.

Room in terms of cleaning and Housekeeping is pathetic. FnB is some what better. If you complain about rooms, bathroom, they start delaying the service. For a simple tissue paper took 30 mins. Toilets are full of stains which seems not cleaned regularly. Incompetent and arrogant staff like Hamid in Front Office and Pramod in Houskeeping. They have more hospitality oriented people at belldesk level like Aman who actually volunteered to make my room when their housekeeping (Pramod) was escaping to clean my room. Staff should seriously understand that they are in hospitality and first and foremost responsibility is client engagement and make him happy with your positive and welcoming attitude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
