Amazing stay and staff

Excellent staff nd service ..clean &hygiene services ...food experience was awesome...friendly staff..thanku so much to everyone...i will recommend everyone to stay here..very nice cube bar on top floor

We ordered plain paratha, but the hotel delivered stuffed paratha and then charged extra without informing or taking consent. This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to pay for items they never ordered. Very poor service and transparency.Unprofessional and misleading service. Staff is blocking our number Such practices ruin customer trust.

Loud music and faulty heater

Extremely bad experience. Loud music continued for hours, disturbing sleep, and the heater was not working in cold weather. Staff showed no urgency in fixing either issue. Definitely not worth the money.

comfortable cozy business hotel

Comfortable & cozy stay, no frills attached.
Roof top restaurant is good
Parking is a bit congested
But the whole sector is all surrounded with hotels and restaurants only.
Internet speed is a negative part, its so slow that the mobile bandwidth was also faster. TV & Cable service provider are good.

RAKESH KUMAR WORST MANAGER EVER.||||WORST HOTEL EVER

Most Wahiyaad HOTEL I'VE VISITED TILL DATE.
MANAGER - RAKESH KUMAR (GM)
THE most irritating and badtameez manager to deal with. In 2 days I didn't found him anytime near the halls or rooms.
But when we talked about the problems. He came from no where
And
NEVER ACCEPTED HIS MISTAKE.
TALKED COMPLETE NONSENSE
WHEN ASKED FOR NAAN HE SAID 'BREAD PADI HUI HAI'. We were not there to eat pada food.
2ND HE SAID KITNE NAAN KHAYENGE
1,2 on my face in harsh tone.
And directed his chef and said naan lagao iske liye.
ROOMS AC COOLING IS HORRIBLE
ROOM IS LIKE GAS CHAMBER.
AFTER WORKING FOR ENTIRE NIGHT THE ROOM TEMPERATURE WAS 36°C..
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Rooms - 207,208,209 all occupied by us.
Dated - 12-08-2022 to 13-08-2022.
