The best hotel ever

Have stayed in many hotels in many places, but I can easily say this is the best hotel ever. Staying here is a beautiful experience, not just a place to lay your head. The hotel is lovely, full of charm and character.
Our room was a pure pleasure, with a balcony and many large windows, looking out to the most marvellous vista of the snow-capped Himalayas (which appear in constantly changing colours according to sun and clouds.)
The gardens are well kept and beautiful, with a profusion of flourishing, colourful, sweet-smelling petunias and geraniums
The Indian food is simply excellent, and the service is superb and personal.
There are pleasant outdoor sitting areas, as well as indoors.
Wonderful value. I can't praise it enough.

Could not be more perfect

From the moment we arrived, we were made welcome. The staff are absolutely beautiful, thankyou to all, the food is amazing, our room was stunning. We stayed here to acclimatise before leaving on a tour. I wish we had more time here. It is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Paradise Ladakh. From the moment we arrived, the service was prompt, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth. The staff was extremely proactive, courteous, and always ready to help, making our stay very comfortable.
The food was outstanding, with a great variety and delicious taste. Every meal was fresh and well prepared, adding to the overall experience.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality during an unexpected emergency on the very first day of our trip. We are especially grateful to **Mr. Arjun Dev**, who went above and beyond to support us during a difficult situation. His quick response, compassion, and willingness to provide all the necessary assistance made a huge difference and gave us immense confidence and comfort when we needed it the most.
The entire team deserves appreciation for their professionalism and guest-centric approach. Their genuine care and hospitality made our Ladakh trip memorable despite the initial setback.
I highly recommend Hotel Paradise Ladakh to anyone visiting Leh. If you're looking for excellent food, timely service, caring staff, and true hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay.
