Good Stay!

It’s always a nice stay at this property and I am frequently staying at this Lemonridge KPHB. Rooms are clean and food is very nice as well staff are well mannered.

Leisure stay for friend wedding

Hi I had a very good stay at Lemonridge hotel, located just beside Forum Mall, Kukatpally.. Their property is maintained well. Food is not to say. Just Have it. Food preparation who ever made or makes are well experienced.. My sincere appreciation to the Chef ..
Over all it as good I selected Lemonridge Hotel,Housing board, beside Forum Mall, when I visited for wedding of my friend. They only suggested this place for my stay.
I don't know when I will travel again but whoever is planning near Kukatpally should opt for this hotel.

Lemonridge kphb is abitter experience in terms of tariffs online and at the desk.. reception is not so good

Worst maintenance and policy...they will cheat with different rates including tariffs and complimentary breakfasts

To ensure your comfort, we immediately upgraded your allocation and allowed additional occupants without cancelling your original booking, applying only the nominal extra person charges as per hotel policy.
Although breakfast was not included in your booking, we still arranged it for you on request and charged only for the meal.

Liked the place and service.

Nice place, reasonable time for Check-in and Out, had newspapers in lobby (which is scarce now a days). Location is fairly accessible to other needs.

Very bad

We had a very bad experience at Lemonridge hotels, KPHB. Honestly, they are big bullies and not at all accommodating in terms of customer requirements. First soon as we checked in, they forced us to make the entire payment. The receptionist Sai was rude and had an attitude. Later, due to family emergency we had to shorten our trip and requested early checkout. They fought with us to make entire payment but we were ready to pay any cancellation charges. And they literarily stopped my mother from leaving. Imagine a senior citizen being harassed for no reason. We tried to reason with them but it got to a point when my mother started crying coz of their aggressive behavior. The biggest issue was they were non-corporative, have a big egoistic attitude, unpolite and too proud to showcase humbleness as if people are at their mercy. Anybody can have unplanned events that can change their plans, it's not intentional. Being such a big hotel as they claim, you would not expect such irrational behavior. They could have politely reasoned with us and requested minimal charges due to early checkout. Finally, we paid a day's extra charge to resolve the matter.
