The Sultan Resort
Located in Gund, The Sultan Resort is in the mountains. Pathetic Hotel to Spoil your Vacation

1. We have huge balcony with 450 sqft room full of ventalation and i dont see a point where you missed the balcony door for the fresh air to come in your room .
2. fans are not required during may and still we have fans alwayas available on request
3. Tv even a basic level lodge has got we have kept for your convience 43 inches smart tv and needs some basic skills to operate the same.
4. Coffee and Sugar are basic items and our Hk Team is well versed with the items i sense a baseless and false claim as mentioned mostly in your review
5. we never have charged for TT till date and it is a free basic service provided to our guest . Bon fire is upon request and normally we charge per hour not per person basis and most of the time we provide the service as complimentary.
6. we have towels - hi-end cosmetics like soap , shampoo , conditioner , dental kit , shaving kit to name a few always available in the bathroom after that i have no idea what else is needed .
You arrived at 715 pm and departed at 940 am and still find so many things and observations

Sonmarg getaway
Ms Aisha at front desk was quite helpful.
Rooms were cosy with brilliant interior.
FOOD WAS EXCELLENT SO ITS ALTOGETHER A BRILLIANT GETAWAY EXPERIENCE .
VIEW FROM BALCONY WAS EXCELLENT WITH SNOW CAPPED MOUNTAINS

A must stay in Sonmarg!
Our room had a Mountain View balcony, with modernized bedroom and washroom. Everything was arranged neat and clean and fresh.
The staff are very hospitable, tending to all our needs, special thanks to Aisha!
Overall the experience was pleasant and amazing. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family about Sultan Resort! ✨
