Good place to stay

Situated very close to majestic. Room are neat and clean.. bit expensive for the quality but no other hotels available at that location for this price .. interior works done and looks very pleasant and peaceful..

Terrible experience

Me and my family recently booked and stayed over at this hotel. Experience was terrible. The place was located in one or the busiest places of bangalore along with a noisy environment. Coming to the hygiene, ,I have attached photos of the trip to make other think before choosing this place since we couldnt take the poor hygienic surrounding . From sheets being stained and dirty to broken cupboards and dirty showers and closests. It was a bad experience for us.

Hotel is bit inside and very conjusted area very near to majestic only for any urgency its ok

Hotel is a bit inside and very congested area & near to majestic only for any urgency its ok rooms are clean and workers are good but I don't like the food I don't know from where they bought it it was not at all good.

Perfect budget hotel, friendly and good location.

We arrived here in the late evening and the friendly reception guys made the check-in quick and easy.
The hotel is quite hard to find being down a back road and felt slightly dodgy at night so just make sure you have the hotels phone number incase you need to ask directions. However, in daylight the hotel is in a great location and the street outside which has a market on (every day we where here, 3 nights) is lively. Its only a short walk to lots of restaurants and we walked to the flower market, Bengaluru Fort and a Palace.
The rooms are large and felt relatively clean. We booked for 3 and got 2 large and very comfortable double beds, a TV, fan, sofa and coffee table. It didn't feel like it had had a deep clean in a while as my feet became very dirty walking barefoot in the room and there was someone else's hair on the sheets. Nonetheless we where provided with soap, towels, sheets and toilet paper. The bathroom was a good size and there was warm water. The only negative was the the loo seat is broken. This could and should be easily fixable.
However allover for a budget hotel I think it is VERY FAIRLY PRICED, at about 1900 rupees for 3 people for 1 night. Its a good location and friendly helpful staff.

Clean Hotel

Stayed at this property recently. The hotel itself is quite small but is in close proximity to bus station, railway station and metro station all walkable distance of maximum of 5 minutes. That is one big plus. Also the rooms and the toilet is very clean. The staff is very friendly and co-operative.
Now the minus the place outside the hotel is very crowded and dirty. There is lot of noise around and there is no parking available. Although there is lot of noise outside, the room is quiet and the bed is also good. Did not use the hotel wifi. There is no buffet breakfast available but there are numerous options just outside the hotel for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner.
