Average Facilities, Take care of fare if booking done directly (not thru Apps)

Mentioned in some app it's around 1km to Mandir. But more than 1.6km. Need to walk all along if you go on an auspicious day, as 3& 4 wheelers are not permitted to ply on days like Parikrama, Ram Navami etc.
Very small room, shoratge of openable windows, a very congested building.
No cafe, but kitchen available.
Bathroom specifically wash basin got poor lighting.
Booked over phone. Mngr told 2.5k, but can reduce while occupying. Since NO 2&3 wheeler access on Parikrama day, Mngr arranged 2 wheeler for pickup. After seeing small room, short of expectations, i thought of moving to another opposite side hotel, much better one. Then he said i will give it for 2k. Finally i occupied. But while checking out, I was force to pay 2.5k. The lesson is pl be careful and be assured about the rent etc. if direct booking is done (not thru Apps).
Avoid hotels in certain locations surrounding Ram Mandir on Auspicious days or season..3 & 4 wheelers totally prohibited.

Rude behaviour and felt cheated with family at the time of check in as Luxury rooms were not allotted as per booking

We went to Ayodhya on 21st September 2024 for Bhagwan Ram Darshan and Hanumangarhi Visit and stayed in Hotel Ramay Palace which we had booked in advance. We had booked 3 Premium luxury rooms and it was clearly told by the hotel the difference in normal & Premium luxury rooms. At the time of check in the person at Hotel reception told that Premium Luxury rooms are full If you do not want ordinary rooms take your money back. When a family goes out the whole purpose of advance booking is defeated if hotel behaves in such manner. The person at reception does not know how to behave with the customer. Finally after staying for 1 night we vacated the hotel and paid for ordinary rooms only. Later we came to know that This hotel is famous for such acts and very rude behaviour.

Passable over priced hotel.

Over priced hotel , due to high no of people visiting Ayodhya. One Room was stinking whole night due to poor exhaust.
Limited food option that too over priced, not even having good cutlery. Rooms are average. No air-conditioning post power cut.
Water in tank got over while bathing.
Passable hotel.
Good part was near vicinity of Saryu ghat n Ram Mandir.

Exorbitantly priced, no lift, hopeless service

Exorbitantly expensive rooms, no lift available, very poor plumbing with no water pressure in taps
The most horrible is the time they take to get food- minimum lead time of 1.5 hours
The service and quality this hotel should not charge more than 1500 rupees room rent whereas it charges 5000 with no toiletries etc
