Good service

Hotel regenta central Amritsar very good management and hospitality staff is very cooperative MS twinkle is. Very helpful......food was soo tasty..... location is very good near golden temple all mall for shopping is near by...........

Avoid at all costs

I booked 3 rooms for a night. My booking starts from 12 noon, but I reached around 9 30 pm, informed them 2 hours before arriving. Still the room was not cleaned, had the staff clean the tables after checking in. The washrooms were dirty. The commode has poop stuck on it, bucket had mud stains, exhaust was not working. One of the room's AC was faulty, and had to call the staff thrice in the night, still did not help. Had power cut next morning, and no water supply, which created a lot of problems. Even a tubelight and fan barely ran on inverter. There were atleast 4 families affected and all had similar issues. There was even a verbal fight between the hotel staff and the guests, hearing which a few upcoming guests cancelled their bookings as well. The hotel staff was non cooperative and did not help at all. When i asked for just 50% return, they refused. Talked to the owner as well, he had a similar attitude. Waited for him to arrive for 4 hours, but he did not. All in all, fake images, fake promises and an ill-trained staff who has zero experience dealing with customers. The only positive is its proximity to Shri Harmandir Sahib, which I believe is not much of help, since there are plenty in the area who offer a lot better facilities. I will surely be taking it over in the consumer court.

Best hotel in Amritsar and value for money

Best hotel ever I have visited, value for money, nice environment, cooperative staff, specially one person who was very helpful name kuldeep. Near by market, a chain of urban galaxy hotel. Best food and near by gurdwara and jaliawala bagh and many more. You must visit

Fraud Hotel Sakhi Inn-Amritsar

Horrible experience, fraud people,cheated to customer. Worst hotel ever. No facalities
All are thief . Extremely Horrible Experience
Very poor & pathetic. Stolen money & cheated. Never come here else your life will become worst. Very poor

Neven Ever book this hotel

Worst experience, Staff not listing. Fake photos on website. Washroom was full of insect, room walls are dirty. Drinking water was unsafe for drink.
Insects on the wall, ceiling. Water is coming from AC. No body is listening.
I strongly recommend that No one book this hotel by any of the webstie.
Websites are putting fake review.
