Comfortable stay.

I was in Agra for 1 night and 2 days. At first sight, I had my doubts about the place, as it was in a narrow gully, and a congested place.
But we had a nice stay, we got food from the homestay itself all throughout our stay.
Arbaaz the owner and his father were good and accommodative.
We had lunch there - mutton Biriyani, chicken gravy, Chawal, roti, raitha. For 3 adults and 2 children -, we paid 800 ; for dinner of rotis, dhaal, bhindi fry - 400.
My kids got mehendi done from one of the staffs for 50 per hand, we paid 150.
The kids particularly enjoyed visiting the staffs house, seeing the traditional fire stove, roti being made on the chulla fired with twigs.
Pros :
Get food cooked there
Budget stay
Rooms are good.
Points to keep in mind :
No lift for senior citizens. So confirm if ground floor is available. We had to change our booking because there was no lift, to take a room in the ground floor.
Take an Ac cab.
Surrounding locality is cramped.
Sum up : once I got over my initial reaction I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay here. Suits the budget.If you are particular about a swanky place this won't fit. Relax and be willing to experiment.

Great affordable stay. Excellent host

We stayed here one night. Though there was confusion on booking confirmation of one of the rooms, the host agreed to accommodate us in a similar room in the homestay next door.
Rooms were spacious and clean with extra blankets. Instant hot water. Best part was the owner Mr Ikram whos extremely honest and friendly to his guests. Though we were in a hurry to leave in the morning and breakfast was not ready, he packed us some food and also sold us water bottle carton for cheaper price than outside.
Would highly recommend this place for great service at cheap prices and hospitality of the host

Near to Taj mahal.

Food was delicious.Location is good.Good for travelers coming by public transport.
No Private parking .This is not the first time we traveled and stayed to understand what private parking or homestay means. Private parking means there will be parking inside the premises. But here we have to Park on the public street. When we were given room , bathroom was dirty.We asked them to get it cleaned. They got it cleaned promptly.Used soap was kept in the bathroom.Linens were dirty. No intercom. Third floor no wifi. Gully in front of the hotel is only one car wide.You get what you pay for. Budget stay.

Great stay

Good quality B&B in India, we arrived very late but it was no problem for owner he welcome us very warmly and quickly sorted the room, we, ve had all we need for one night stay. We got up very early for sunrise over Taj Mahal and came back for great breakfast! Thank you so much !

Not an hotel, but a home stay run by a wonderful family

We spent one night in Su Koon Home Stay. As the owner and family man Ikram told us, Su-Koon means peace and honestly, that's what we found in our night at the place! The bed in our room was big and comfortable, with fan and A/C, the bathroom, even if would need a bit of renovation, was clean. We also had dinner at a very reasonable price with the family and had a chat with all the members, from Mr Ikram, to his wife, children and nephew, who welcome us warmly at the moment of the check in. The dinner - although a bit spicy, but that's my limitation ahah - was cooked at the moment and was really delicious. Last but not least, after dinner they helped us paying the train ticket to Varanasi and shared with us tips on what to do and see in Agra. The morning after, as our train was in the night, they let us keep our backpacks in the guesthouse while we went to Taj Mahal, which is walk distance from the home stay (~1.5km)
In conclusion: nice place to stay, definitely recommended and don't miss to have a chat with Ikram! Thanks to the whole family!
