10/10 hotel in Budapest

Lovely hotel! The hotel is placed at a perfekt spot in the city at the Pest side with a gorgeous view. The hotel is near many good restaurants, shops and walking streets. The hotel is a bit outdated and old, but it’s nothing that makes the experience bad. Great service from the people at the front desk to the cleaning people. Good advice is to get the buffet breakfast, which have everything nessesary to get a good start to the day.

Location and service

Great location. Excellent staff. Lovely, spacious, clean room and amenities and our room faced the Danube so great view. Included breakfast was an amazing array with friendly staff

The hotel is outdated as far as the rooms, the air-conditioning, the furnishings and amenities such as having an ice machine on the floor that your room is on. In other words very dated.
The view was very nice, the location is excellent. It’s just not as nice as was expected. Needs a lot of updating on floor nine for certain and in the spa area where children were screaming while we were receiving a massage. Spa robes in amenities were not up to par.
