Good location

We stayed in one of the apartments let by this company in this block.The room was clean and comfortable but not without fault with some damaged items. Unfortunately the management didn’t seem in to much of a rush to repair or replace them, ie faulty shower and damaged curtain track which was a shame and a bit of a let down. Location is good not far from bars shops and Elizabeth Bridge.The down side is the apartment is located in a shared block with other business on the top floor with a very dated temperamental lift.

No heating in the apartment!!!||

The only thing we liked about the property was location. Everything else was just a disaster.
Disliked · Mouldy smell in the bathroom and broken door handle is just a beginning. We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights with NO HEATING!!! There was no information about heating not working. Host didn't say anything while collecting money from us. Heating was full on but ice cold, so we turned AC on max. But AC is really tiny compared to the high ceiling room. So the first night was really cold. Next day we called the host asking how to turn the heating on and they said there's NO HEATING IN THE BUILDING!!!! Like isn't it an information you should give your guests beforehand? It was minus 5 degrees outside!!!!!!!!!! When you explore the city and it's winter time you expect to come back to the warm room not freaking 15 degrees!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! They said somebody will come next morning to help with the heating but nobody showed up!!! So 3 nights and days in cold room and now I'm in bed at home because I caught a cold!!!! Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDING!!! I recommend if you already have a booking, change it to some other place with heating!!! They didn't even offer refund for our troubles!!! Full refund would be appropriate and an apology!!!

Μετριο γενικά

τα διαμερίσματα είναι ολοκαίνουργια απο μεσα, καθαρά και ευρύχωρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι παρα πολύ καλή.
Τα αρνητικά ομως είναι οτι εξω απο το μπλοκ των 3ων δωματίων η κατασταση του κτιριου είναι χάλια, η εξυπηρέτηση απο τον υπεύθυνο πολύ μέτρια. Δεν σου καθαρίζουν κατα την διάρκεια της διαμονης σου και όταν τους είπαμε οτι χρειαζόμαστε κατι δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν. Το μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο ειχε μια άσχημη οσμή απο την ωρα που μπήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα αλλα μας επιβεβαίωσε ο υπεύθυνος οτι θα διευθετηθεί (δεν ξερω αν εννοούσε την επομενη χρονιά).

muito bom

o apto é muito bem localizado, na esquina da rua principal e muito perto do local para pegar o hop on off .
instalações limpas e confortáveis.
a parte chata é que não tinha ninguém me esperando e precisei entrar em contato antes para marcar um local em que pudesse pegar a chaves, acabei tendo que ir cheia de malas até o escritório deles, que fica cerca de 5 min do apto.
