Great stay

The stay in Ruga was really great! We stayed in the suite with fireplace and jacuzzi enjoying the stunning view and total relaxation. The environment is warm and cozy, the staff extremely courteous and always willing to serve. Breakfast was rich, with great variety for all tastes, in a beautiful area with unique views. Everything was clear — an experience that we will definitely repeat!

Excellent environment and excellent service!

We stayed for a two-day stay and we really liked it. Beautiful warm place, several options for breakfast with excellent service from friendly and welcoming staff!
I think whatever one needs to relax can be found there.
I recommend it!

Lovely hotel, but some issues during our stay

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel – the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and the place was clean and convenient. Everything was perfect, except for a couple of inconveniences that affected our experience.
Unfortunately, the guests next door used their Jacuzzi late into the night, which was extremely noisy. We tried knocking on their door around 1 am, but there was no response. This lack of consideration from fellow guests put a damper on our otherwise wonderful stay.
In the morning, we couldn’t take a shower because there was no electricity, which meant no running water. Additionally, the payment system was down, and we had to pay via bank transfer, leaving proof of payment with the hotel.
These are just minor concerns. The hotel itself is fantastic, and with more considerate neighbors and no water or electricity issues, it would have been a perfect stay. Next time, we’ll be sure to request a proper Jacuzzi instead of a balneo shower Jacuzzi, and we look forward to coming back to try it again!

Beautiful and quiet getaway

Beautiful, clean and spacious room. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast and served until late (11 o'clock). The spa area is nice (the decor can be improved though) and the girl who provides the respective treatment services is kind. Extras from the kitchen very expensive (7 euros for a club sandwich served with chips).
