Fantastic

They were very nice and very kind!!! I would go again with my eyes closed....Mrs. Elena very polite the hotel is located in a very bad place is in the center of the village very nice breakfast very nice room

Moderate experience

Parea 4 persons - 2 rooms - 3 nights
Nice room
Comfortable
Warm
We managed bad weather with a lot of rain
The negative:
In the room did not catch the WiFi
He charged us extra wood for the fireplace without informing us in advance.
The breakfast was moderate in terms of quality (if we paid it extra we would not get it )
The room was on the ground floor (we were not informed before)
The next room flooded and they were transported to the upper floor where the WiFi was normally.
3 nights without changing towels (although when we asked for two face towels they gave us)
Three nights a big spider tissue was hanging from the ceiling and never cleaned
From the shower came water in the bathroom in both rooms

Excursion to the mountain

Very beautiful and clean space with a well-kept yard. The bed was very relaxing and comfortable. Mrs. Elena very kind and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. We will visit you again very soon on our next excursion. I highly recommend!!!

Relaxing holidays

It was a really nice and relaxing holidays! We had the opportunity to play with the snow and drink hot stuff, like chocolate or wine! The stuff was helpful and kind! As for the room L have to say that the bed was really soft and the fireplace a space warm up! I would love to come again soon!

Flawless

Very warm room, Mrs. Elena willing to serve the breakfast perfect and the bed fantastic and it was very clean. Wi-Fi needs improvement but I would definitely go there again on my next trip to this wonderful place.
