Absolutely perfect nearby Thessaloniki airport

I spent one night after landing late at Thessaloniki airport and this was a perfect accommodation.
The studio (n° 3) was modernly decorated with quality materials and appliances, extremely clean and spacious. Right at the beach with many restaurants and shops nearby. There was a lively & friendly atmosphere on that Saturday night, with some live music from the tavern at the corner but absolutely not disturbing. The windows are a good sound proof for a good night rest.
The bed was super comfortable, nice hot shower and reliable wifi. You can prepare breakfast or a light snack in the kitchenette, wich I did not bother to do for a short stay.
And the balcony to have a coffee in the morning looking at the sea was the cherry on the cake !
Finally I want to mention the very warm welcome I had from the owner and his wife. We are in Greece and hospitality is in their genes. I hope that more positive and objective reviews (look at other sources!) will increase the rating of Thermaikos studios. It is a super accommodation at a fair price.
Efharisto Poli :) I will for sure stay again here I visit again Thessaloniki area and will not hesitate to recommend it.

Terrible owner, very noisy hotel

Peraia is near the Thessaloniki so it's very hot. Sea is more brown that blue. Hotel is on beach, so it's very noisy during the day and night until 2AM.mosquitos in Peraia is like storks. Owner is unpleasant and force guests to wash feet before enter in hotel, so that is called unprofessional owner. No smile from the staff, no any words when living this place. Not Recommend.

Beachfront Fabulousness

I was met by the very charming hotel owner, who carried my case up to room 6 on the second floor. Loved the room, which was almost an apartment. A large, comfortable bed, full-sized fridge, kettle, proper Greek coffee maker and even a sandwich toaster, plus cutlery and crockery. A generous walk-in shower in a modern bathroom, but best of all, a large balcony, overlooking the sea.
After ripping my mask off, I opened a bottle of wine and sat out on the balcony listening to the live music drifting up from the taverna on the corner. And slept very soundly.
