Wonderful stay

The hotel has a magnificent view of the caldera. The room we stayed in was the junior suite with shared pool, spotlessly clean and attention to every detail. The staff was kind with great advice about the island

Nice place

A truly beautiful place with a stunning panoramic view of the caldera. The location is excellent, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Georges gave us a wonderful welcome and provided plenty of great advice for our stay.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. You can hear the neighbors talking as if they were in the exact same room with you; you can perfectly understand every single word they are saying. It’s a real shame because everything else (service and location) was great.

I am absolutely pleased with the service of the staff was very friendly with willing in anything! The rooms are very clean and beautiful and with reliable internet..I would highly recommend it to future guests of the property

Wonderful view of the caldera!

The junior suite overlooking the caldera was great. The room was clean and the service of the workers terrible. The most beautiful part of our stay was the shared pool we had.

Lovely experience!

Fully designed rooms , wonderful pool , great view of caldera and very peaceful!I fully recommend it to someone that wants to relax and get a tan!
