Well located holiday studios in Agia Anna, Naxos
Ideal location for an ideal holiday.
Superb view from the balcony upstairs
Beautiful sunsets to be experienced.
Rooms and balcony are ample and large. Basic furnishing but confortable.
Daily service, towels changed every day. Parking bay available, and most importantly, Agia Anna beach is indeed considered one of the best.
There is a beautiful rock formation
At sea, ideal for sunbathing as well
This resort is highly recommended
and affordable as well.
This would be third time in Naxos,
and don't regret it.
Wishing the owners all of the very best
for their future.

It's not worth it
After we arrived a girl (minor) and indicated us the room and some information left without a good stay thank you something.
But then we found other problems in the room such as cleaning and internet.
When I asked them to change room after the internet issue was solved the little girl's answer was that we have an arrival tomorrow (it should be noted that fortunately we only stayed for 1 night) and then I asked to talk to an adult.
After we knocked on the door without introducing themselves (I am the owner or the cleaner) and did not say either good stay etc again went in to check the room. For some things justifiable that they don't clean and for the dirty he saw them and left without saying anything.
The next day we left the little girl made the broken phone call with her parents who obviously didn't want to get up to serve us to leave.
I'm so sorry.
There are definitely much better accommodations than this. And I'm not just talking about the rooms.

A small shinny Gem in NAXOS
What can i say about Kalia studios . ..ill start by saying that it is VERY VERY CLEAN !!!!
Not only the rooms wich are very comfortable and spacious but also the paking lot was clean the corridors the reception ...even the very nice garden with the perfect sunset view in front of the main building was clean and beuatifull.
The location couldnt be more prefect since the beach is 50 m from your room and all the restaurants and the nice cafe and beach bars (Strongly recomend the very nice and clean beach bar BYAMMO -Manolis recomendation- We were there every day and it was great, Manolis thank you for everything )
Quite place, easy sleep , even with open windows and great price.
Last but not least the best of this small gem of NAXOS island is the master soul behind all this ..MANOLIS is e happy polite always there to help you with anything super host . Thank you again Manolis see you again when in NAXOS !!!!

The best location Accomodation on agia Anna
This is our second visit to kalia studios at the island of Naxos. We wish we could have stayed longer either time. These studios are set apart from the others which are on top of each other and yet close to the beach (120m)with unobstructed view over the bay and the Aegean sea. There are some rock formation to the left of the bay, making it interesting, and appealing in that you can find a secluded spot where you can sunbathe and enjoy some privacy.
The appartement no. 201 we had both
Times is really spacious and very confortable and can accommodate four guests. It has two bedrooms each with its own balcony. A little kitchenette with a fridge for those who wish to cook inside the lodge. Since We are in vacation, we never bother to use this facility and would rather opt for a convenient restaurant
Around the corner. There are plenty to choose from like gorgona, astrogiali, to name a few.
The hosts Manoli and her mother Rena are so accomodating and hospitable. They are truly wonderful people. We wish them the very best for their future and good health.
I truly and highly recommend this place

I've stayed here the last few years ...Having travelled over 70 of the Greek islands over many years and staying in many different places in Naxos over the last 28 years I can honestly say Kalia is by far the best accommodation I've ever stayed in on the Greek islands...
The family are really friendly and helpful and make you most welcome ..
The rooms are large and of a very high standard better then some 4/5 star hotels I've stayed .
The beds are not like you usually find in Greece but extremely comfortable.The furnishings are of very high standard and also a great shower and you've always got hot water !!
The rooms are very cleaned most days and with clean towels ..
Each room has a little kitchen area with everything you need and a lovely balcony with most rooms facing front overlooking the lovely garden where you can also sit in the early evening or watch the beautiful sunset from your balcony..
I really look forward to coming back to my room after a day on the beach or travelling around the island it's so extremely comfortable ..
The location is the best ...it's quiet, and yet a close to all the most beautiful white sandy beaches the nearest one being 30 meters walk from Kalia...
I never want to leave Kalia but I know for sure I'll return as always next year...
