A haven of peace

We loved our stay! Welcoming was perfect from start to finish. What to say about the setting with the terrace and the pool, Everything is there for a great stay. The hosts are attentive and know how to recommend the best places on the island.

Beware of this establishment!

BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Very disappointing experience and not what was advertised.
We booked this property largely because of the advertised on-site pool, only to arrive and discover it was completely unavailable due to maintenance. We were never informed before arrival. Instead, we were told to use a smaller pool located 5–10 minutes away at another property, which is not equivalent to having the advertised facilities on-site.
The problems did not stop there. The Wi-Fi in the room barely worked, making it difficult to use basic services during the stay. The reception/common area also appeared to be an active construction site, which created an unpleasant first impression and atmosphere.
What was most frustrating was the handling of the situation. Staff initially told us in person that a refund/cancellation would be possible because of the issues, but later communicated the opposite to Booking.com. The inconsistency and lack of transparency made the experience even worse.
If the pool and facilities had been honestly disclosed as unavailable before arrival, we would not have booked this property. Overall, the hotel did not match the advertised standard or amenities, and the customer service response was extremely disappointing.

Avoid at all costs, absolutely terrible and a scam

AVOID! Just a construction zone the owners call a hotel. The owners were hostile and lied to us. There was no water in the pool, no reception, no bar, no restaurant, no staff and no wifi. The hotel did not match the description and is a complete scam.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Firstly no one at property to check us in.had to send message, woman spoke little English. Hole in bathroom floor so had cockroaches in my room, no apology next morning when asked to move rooms. No breakfast available as June was supposedly low season. In new room was asked to keep bathroom window closed as boulders were being moved by excavator causing dust. Booked through Booking. Com. Partial refund accepted. Bus service is hot and miss into Mykonos near this shambles of accommodation crawling in cats. Do not use.

Really a fantastic experience!!!
Great service, very nice atmosphere and delicious food..!!!Excellent view and very good location, close to the center. A family business that shows you another side of Mykonos..!!! Thank you very much!!!
