Great experience with Natasa Studios.
I returned yesterday from Zante, and we stayed at Natasa Studios Laganas. To be honest, although Laganas is a location suited for young people seeking fun, we also felt comfortable in this establishment with a small child, thanks to the garden, barbecue, swing, etc. Natasha is a very friendly, nice, and above all, helpful person. Thank you for everything.

GREAT FOR GROUPS OF PARTY FRIENDS. NOT FOR QUITE COUPLE’S
The accommodation is well-equipped with necessary amenities, including a good water pressure shower. Natasa, the host, is responsive, and the location is convenient to the main strip. However, thin walls make it difficult to escape neighbor noises, including flushing toilets and moving furniture, often caused by young partygoers. Noise disturbances persist until the early hours. Despite a partial reimbursement for noise issues, the overall experience was not worth the money, unless seeking a vibrant party atmosphere.
Pros:
The accommodation is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. While the shower may not be the most luxurious, it does have excellent water pressure. Natasa is prompt in responding to messages, and the location is conveniently close to the main strip.
Cons:
One significant downside is that the walls are paper-thin, making it difficult to escape the noise of neighbors. Throughout our stay, we constantly heard them flushing toilets and moving beds/chairs. The main issue is the prevalent party atmosphere, attracting young guests who tend to be noisy, causing disturbances until the early hours of the morning. On one occasion, I had to personally approach a neighbor at 1:30 in the morning to request they turn their music down. Additionally, the noise from the main strip is audible from the accommodation.
It's worth mentioning that Natasa did refund 30 euros in response to the noise complaints I lodged. Would I choose to stay here again? Most certainly not. However, if the purpose of the visit is to party most nights with friends, then this is a good place.

Excellent and warm service.
Me and my friends were staying there for 4 nights, every day we received a friendly and warm service from Natasha, she helped us with everything we asked for and went beyond that.
The place is exactly like the pictures and it has a homey feel and relaxing vibes, very recommend and thank you so much Natasha.

Quiet area
The studios are located outside the noisy area of Laganas, but just a 10 min walk to the center and the beach. It is surrounded by a nice garden. The owner is helpful. The room was comfortable, with AC and fridge. The bathroom needs improvements. Our room was cleaned every two days, daily would have been better. Wi-fi is slow. Overall we had a nice stay.

I'm sorry, but the pictures do not correspond to the truth. Never ever go again.
We spend one week in Lakanas end of june 2016 and we have been once before in zakynthos.
Natasas pictures has taken about ten years ago and services that were promised to be available was not because a day-long rain confused the apparently all.
- first time in our room was cleaned on the fourth day and sheets & towels chage same time. Too long interwall. I already check on the Booking.com website what was promised and not cleaning it was no mention of.
- they only valid a cash and I wondering do they take care about taxes? Almost the whole island is hardly any receipts received, so as an EU citizen, I am worried
- We are only customers 4 days but dont feel like a customer. There was no effort to maintain.
- Owner's parents were there, but they did not understand English at all.
- Wi-fi works only 3 day of 7
- the first night the air conditioner caught fire. The inside was so hot that sleep come to nothing. Fix It asked the site even if everyone saw that the plane was completely destroyed. Installing a new device made the evening.
- worst of all were the beds. On vacation you want to rest and relax, but on top of a stone, it will not succeed. I put a planced under the sheet but it not helped.
- there is no mattress pad or mattress protector, people sweat so I wonder how the mattress is kept clean.
- the balcony had no sun shade. It is only place where you can eat breakfast and supper. One of the family is allergic, so for this reason we had to eat in the apartment.
The customer doesnt matter!
If somebody says something good about this place - they must be grazy or
lived in a larger apartment than us. Maybe they had better facilities....
