They can and better

I didn't put five stars because of the poor breakfast they serve. We arrived Sunday and left Tuesday. And the 2 days. The breads were bagiatic. They don't eat. It was definitely from Saturday and they had it in the fridge because it was cold inside. Even when the second day we asked to warm them up, the inside was cold. Also the cheesecakes etc were cold. It wasn't well at all. They didn't have juice, nor had they any grain. One of the honey was sweetened. There was a yogurt for two people and a butterfly for each. The fruits were on the bar counter along with other things and we didn't notice. It was only when I walked out the door to leave that my employee told me to take it if I wanted to. The second day had very delicious and fresh cake. Breakfast isn't in a buffet, with the excuse that they don't have room. Indeed the space is small and because it also works as cafes for external customers, they do not want to be lost. But they could at least have some things at a table and not have to keep asking the only employee he has, towels, butterfly, etc. The man also made coffee for the external customers who came. I told all this to the owner. He showed to hear them. Now the positive. We stayed on the second floor from behind, so there wasn't noise from the front, from the street. It was indeed quiet. Comfortable, bright, functional and very clean the bedroom. Also the saloon kitchen. The bathroom is comfortable with a very convenient shower. Very good heating to turn it on, you turned it off. Also very good WiFi. Large veranda that somehow overlooks the lake. Wonderful and the mountains in the depth. The room had iron with ironing etc. We stayed completely satisfied with the space. The cleaner, the bar employee and the owner were very polite. There is comfortable parking in front of the street. It is very beautiful walking down the lake.

Θα πρεπει ωστοσο να διαφωνήσουμε στο χαρακτηρισμό σας του πρωινού μας ως κακου, κάτι που σίγουρα αδικεί και ακυρώνει όλη την προσπάθεια και αγαπη που εχουμε βαλει και σε αυτο το κομματι, γεγονός βέβαια που αποδεικνύεται και από τα υπόλοιπα σχόλια των πελατών μας. Παρόλα αυτά, πάντα αφουγκραζομαστε τις ανάγκες των φιλοξενουμενων μας, ώστε να βελτιώνουμε ακομη περισσότερο τις παροχές μας, οδηγώντας σε ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση πελατειας. Για τον σκοπό αυτό και μόνο, το πρωινό σερβίρεται ατομικά, επιλεγοντας να δωσουμε αξια στον πελάτη μας. Ακούγοντας την αναφορά σας στην ποικιλια, εχουμε ήδη τυπωσει καταλόγους με τις επιπλέον παροχές πρωινού, ώστε να μην υπάρξει πάλι παρανόηση ως προς την υπαρξη τους και τα προϊόντα βγαίνουν ζεστά ακόμη και για τους πελάτες που προσερχονται στη λήξη του ωραριου του πρωινού. Με χαρά θα σας φιλοξενήσουμε παλι, με την ισχυρη πεποίθηση οτι αυτή τη φορά θα μείνετε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένες από τη συνολική εμπειρία της διαμονής σας.

The ultimate spot in Ioannina

Incredible location with the most beautiful view of the lake. The space is modern, clean and with a very nice atmosphere, ideal for any time of day. Service quick, polite and impeccable, while everything we tried on coffee and food was excellent. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax with good company, it is the number one option. 10/10!

Comfortable and quiet stay with impeccable service

It was an excellent stay experience, we stayed very satisfied. The hotel was very clean and careful, with comfortable spaces and very quiet atmosphere, ideal for rest. The staff remained polite and professional throughout the stay, while the breakfast was of very good quality and a nice variety of options. Overall, a hotel that combines quality, tranquility and the right service!
