It's a four-star hotel where you can't stay unless you're supposed to have a water shower.
During my stay there was no hot water for over 27 hours.
"I checked with the front desk many times, and the problem was not resolved for long, with the explanation only changing: ""I'm out in five minutes,"" ""30 minutes,"" ""an hour,"" ""night."""
The hotel explained that there was not enough hot water because of the large number of guests, but I think it is a matter of hotel facilities that hot water does not come out when there are more guests.
There was no arrangement for another room, no compensation, no refund.
Breakfast was delicious and Wi-Fi was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you think a water shower would be fine.

Disappointing Experience with Jazz Hotel Management – Request for Refund Follow-up
We booked a one-week stay at Jazz Hotel through Booking.com and paid the reservation charges in advance (Reservation Number: 4527146754). We checked in on 28 March 2025 but found the hotel did not meet our expectations, prompting us to check out the following day.
Before checking out, we contacted Booking.com to cancel the reservation and request a refund. During the call, Booking.com placed me on hold to consult with the hotel management. After the discussion, I was informed that the hotel management had agreed to issue a refund. Based on this confirmation, we ended the call and proceeded to check out.
Since then, however, I have not received any refund or further communication from either the hotel or Booking.com. Despite my repeated follow-ups—no fewer than five calls to Booking.com customer service—the issue remains unresolved. Each time, Booking.com attempts to obtain a formal confirmation email from Jazz Hotel, and each time, the hotel promises to send it but fails to follow through. This has created a frustrating cycle of unfulfilled commitments.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of this matter by Jazz Hotel’s management. I respectfully urge the hotel to honor the agreement made and to formally confirm the refund with Booking.com so that the process can be completed without further delay.
