Disappointed
Table for 2, lunch service, menu at €39: I had the salmon cigar appetizer, first bite… a hard piece of plastic about 2cm, … second bite, 2 hard pieces of plastic, one large over 1cm and a small one. I stop there for fear of hurting myself and we call the young waitress who apologizes. I ask her what happened, she goes to check in the kitchen, and it would be the fault of the apprentices who mixed it with a plastic lid. She apologizes again but I am not offered a replacement for my plate. We finish our meal, after complaining, she is given permission to offer me the ordered coffee.
At no point did the chef in the kitchen come to apologize, nor did the owner who was present.
A mistake can happen, we take responsibility for it and everything goes well.
I am more disappointed by their reaction than by this mistake.
What would happen if someone choked or got hurt???
Because of this reaction, I will not return and will not recommend it.

Bad experience
We could not take the time to eat quietly we were in a hurry by the staff. No break between starter, main course, dessert.
We felt we had to move quickly. During dessert a member of my family gave a speech to my grandmother, a moment of intimacy and emotions but that did not stop the staff from passing by and clearing as soon as possible... again. We immortalize this moment with video photos but once again the staff does not mind passing in front of the cameras... regrettable I find. Another person in my family asked for dessert because she had to be away for a few minutes. Unfortunately not possible for her to have her dessert and coffee because I repeat <> . I would like to point out that we have paid for this unserved dessert.
I find it not at all commercial as a restaurateur and to have a table of 21 people while the restaurant was empty to throw us out. Anyway we understood that the staff wanted to be quiet and get rid of us.
Place to avoid!
