Hotel disappointing
Good bedding, bathroom with toilet correct and clean, breakfast with choice in salty and sweet.
For - :
Basic hygiene products almost non-existent, a sample for shower gel and one for mushroom, no hand soap so you have to make a choice between washing your body or your hands unheard of for me, especially in a "3 star" hotel.
The bed top visibly end of life and spider on the pillow.
I'm going to finish with the Price quality ratio:
You have the choice between a room of 10 m2 without window with a velux, not possible for a clostrophobe like me (choice of my husband who did not pay attention ).
So we fell back on a room with window + 35€.
So in the end 140€ with breakfast and considering the few services, we will not come back!

Disappointing
The positive:
– the Welcoming person who is very friendly and does everything possible to help his guests: thanks to her who also worked all night.
-the parking lot is as well.
- exposed stone in the bedroom
Negative:
- the air conditioning of the room. At the Welcoming, after checking our air conditioning was set to go down to 21 degrees knowing that it was more than 40 degrees all day long but the posted room temperature never went down to less than 27 degrees which was quite painful.
- shower gel and shampoo in a single dose is impossible to open in the shower when wet. No soap to wash your hands
- the shower that took at least 2 minutes before heating: unnecessary water loss
- quality more mediocre cushions that do not support much
- non-functional tv remote control (batteries to check)
- only accepts paper holiday vouchers. So much for those who have them in Connect format

Poor
Pillows and polochon too soft. The toiletries are ridiculous. We each had a micro sample of shower gel and shampoo. No hand soap, no body milk, no disposable tissues. There is not even a small bottle of water in the room.
The bedding smells bad and one of the towels smelled like sweat.

Nice enough hotel but get some staff!
