A very appreciable hotel
Real "haven of peace" in the heart of Paris. Everything is done for comfort and customer service.

I booked two rooms for my family. The first one didn't have a proper shower—just a handheld sprayer—and the other had a broken lock. My entire family had to use the same bathroom, and the door was never fixed during our stay. Every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to go to the front desk and ask a staff member to open it for us; they only had one key and wouldn't let us keep it. I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other options in Paris; there is no need to put up with such a mess.

Very Bad Service
I arrived to the hotel, there was no one outside to welcome us.
We go to the room and the safe was not working, the sink was not letting water go.
I asked the Front desk to help with the safe and they told me someone is coming to fix it. No one came. In the morning i said to the front desk for the second time that my safe isnt working, they said someone will be fixing it.
I came back to the hotel 4 hours later and the safe still not working. I asked very kindly that i need the safe to be working.
I came bak to the hotel 5 hours later and the safe is not working.
I called the front desk angry and told them that i need the safe to be working, that is an essential of a hotel.
They told me that no one is coming today that i can put my valuables at the front desk(not happening)
I complained that the ac was not working, its not going below 22.5 Celsius. The person that came to my room told me to wait 30 minutes on max fan but it doesnt get cold.
He told me that maybe tomorrow they can address this issue.
There is a burned out light bulb.
The shower gets all the bathroom area soaked
With this type of service i am never coming back, the only thing keeping me here is that i paid a non refundable booking.
They don’t care about the guests, they really don’t care

HORRIBLE dj evening instead of hotel 5*
We stayed at the hotel for the 5th time, however this time it was a terrible experience:
1) We did not have the rooms we had booked despite a specific request in advance for a single or double bed.
2) On arrival, the rooms were not ready and we left our luggage at the reception, in the evening we went to the room and no luggage was in sight, we had to pick them up ourselves downstairs where they were more a disco than a 5 star hotel.
3) On Thursday night, it's apparently DJ night until 1:30!!!!! With very loud music, we did not sleep. At no time were we informed of this, yet it is a hotel and not a discotheque.
4) And the worst part is that as a regular customer one is not heard and this is mocked. The person in charge was supposed to make contact but this did not happen.
We will NEVER go back!

Best location in Paris
We expecting a more
Professional behaviour from the reception. We asked politely (we didn’t demand) to have a late check out at 14.00. The night manager said was not possible . We could stay till 13.00. This was accepted from us as we understand this is upon availability. Next day at 11.30 we’ve been informed that late check out it is not possible and we need to go 12.00. We explained what we discussed the night before and the lady ask us if we are sure what we are saying. This is rude and unacceptable to ask the client if tells the truth before even they discuss internally. After they discussed and they gave us 30’ late
Check out meaning 12.30. Our day was distorted as we had organise everything according to 14.00
The first night was not easy. No heating at the room, we changed the room the next day . Check in 2 times for 2 nights booking , not the best you can have.
Overall we could say was an ok stay and the location is amazing. Rooms old but elegant .
However not happy with the reception against our small request . Especially when they mean we were not understood well. Not respected behaviour
