Very nice and polite staff. I read other guests commenting this as well. That is why I chose this hotel. This made us feel welcome and safe, travelling with kids. The hotel is just a short walk away from le Louvre and la Seine. Very good placement if you want to see the city centre. Our room was quiet, so we didn't hear a sound. Good night sleep. There is a small playground in the park. We walked to the RER station Musée d'Orsay and took the train directly to Versailles.

Good but it could be improved.

Very good location and very good service from the reception staff.
Things to improve.
It is unacceptable that they charge for water refills. Furthermore, in the junior suite category room where you pay 500 euros a night, they only provided fruit on the first day. These are cheap details that are standard in many hotels.

Recommend the Hotel Mayfair

Location is great! You’re surrounded by hotels costing 3x as much. the staff is accommodating/friendly/helpful. The superior room is good with comfy bed/linens and A/C. Breakfast was good! They held our luggage before and after our stay. The list goes on…. I recommend!!

Great location in the 1st arrondissment, close to Angelina and Louvre

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as it was a great location for sights. The fruit basket was much appreciated. It was also good to have 1 1/4 bathrooms to facilitate four people getting ready at the same time. Only one issue is it seemed every evening there was a large fly in the room. My husband would remove it each night but the next night there was a new one. Not sure how they get into an upper floor room.

Dear Guest,
We hope you had a nice trip back to the USA.
Thank you very much for selecting our property and for taking time to grant us this good grade.
We are sorry about the fly :) actually, we are 25 meters from the biggest and nicest Paris garden : Le Jardin des Tuileries.
If windows are often opened, this can happen :)
Thank you for your compliments about the hotel, the staff.
The whole team is looking forward to welcoming you on your next stay.
Au revoir :-)
The Hotel Mayfair Paris Team.
