A nice surprise

Hotel one star more than correct. The rooms are fine. The staff is very friendly. Only downside no elevator. Located in a quiet street.
For a one-star hotel it's a nice surprise. I recommend it for one or two nights in Paris. No more but for a passing hotel it is suitable considering the rates charged in Paris.

Basic hotel near Lyon station

We needed a hotel to spend the night taking the first train back to Lyon after a late concert at the ACCOR ARENA. The cheapest was enough to take a shower, sleep 6 hours and leave.
The moldy state in the shower, ceiling seals deterred us from spending more time in the bathroom. The door of the room with a space of 3 or 4 cm at the bottom of the door to illuminate the room as soon as someone passed in the hallway, the cleanliness of the room uncertain (walls, floors) and the dubious electric finishes reminded us what is a 1 star hotel, if any still exists in France.
On the plus side, the bedding was perfectly clean and the staff friendly.
The very small size of the room surprises but it is not problematic with family
Close to the Gare de Lyon and therefore the ACCOR ARENA.

Efforts to be made

Hotel booked via booking to facilitate a departure near the station .. accessible on foot very convenient ... welcome bof bof .. installed on the 4th without elevators with suitcases of 20kg to climb a small narrow staircase . M bedroom and small but clean. We slept your properly .. a very aging hotel ..

To flee

I would not recommend this outdated hotel which gives goose bumps. That’s what he did to me. The riquiquiquitous room. No air conditioning. Everything is dirty and old. Welcoming is worked but not the rooms. The gentleman at the Welcoming was freaking out. And it takes the key to the room when we leave what is not normal!! 117 euros for one night is stealing. I didn’t sleep all night. It’s Paris but that doesn’t give you the right to sell such an expensive room in this state.

Hotel affordable but aging price

Hotel at an affordable but aging price. Kind welcome. Clean room. Aging bathroom: traces of mold on some joints, tiles repaired with mastic, problem shower evacuation. Well slept quiet night outside major roads. Breakfast a bit abused: does not start until 7:45. 7€ for a croissant, a piece of bread, a small jar of jam and a cup of coffee is more than a Parisian fare. Well, let's just say a one-night stand.
