Not to be missed!

An excellent restaurant that I recommend without hesitation! The team is really super welcoming, warm, and always smiling. The food is excellent, with quality dishes that are very well prepared. The setting is simply magnificent, right in front of the abbey, which makes the meal even more pleasant. A very nice place that you want to return to!

Friendly and warm Welcoming

We stayed one night in this establishment, warmly welcomed by the new owners Elisa and Bastien who say they know how to receive it.
The restaurant offers quality seasonal dishes with all the know-how of the chef and regional products that does not lack flavor.
Thank you to them for making our stay a delicious break. I recommend ✅

Pretty location, small and comfortable hotel

This hotel is about 9 miles from Pontarlier and in a quiet and very pretty location with the abbey right next to the hotel.
The lady of the house greeted us pleasantly and showed us to our small but perfectly adequate and comfortable room. We had a decent night's sleep here and very much enjoyed our breakfast the following morning.
The coffee machine broke down the morning we were there. We had a much nicer cup brought from the kitchen as a consequence. Get rid of the machine altogether, fresh brewed coffee is always nicer!

Comfortable, well run hotel and restaurant.

This is a very well managed hotel and restaurant. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Excellent tv and internet. Good sized modern bathroom.
The hotel has a very good restaurant that offers quite creative dishes and an excellent selection of wines.
Breakfast is superb.
The hotel is right beside the abbey which I strongly recommend visiting as it has an interesting history. There are guided tours throughout the summer months.
